Related Procedures of student status for International students who will graduate/withdraw/take a leave of absence.
修了/研究指導認定退学/退学/休学等をする外国人留学生は、必ず出国前に下記の「注意事項」、「大学の手続き」を確認し、必要な手続きを行ってください。
International students who will graduate/withdraw with research guidance approval/withdraw/take a leave of absence from the university must confirm the following “Important Notice”, “Procedure to the university” and proceed with the necessary procedures before leaving Japan.

大学への手続きについて / Procedures to the university

３月に修了、研究指導認定退学予定者については、2月～3月にアンケートシステムにて実施する「進路状況調査」で必須情報を回答してください。
International students who will graduate or withdraw with research guidance approval from the university in March must provide the necessary information through the survey system “Career Path Survey“ taking in February-March.

①以外で退学する大学院生の場合、必須情報を こちら からご報告ください。
International students who will withdraw except for ① from the university must provide the necessary information through the form here.

大学院生で休学する場合は、休学届の提出が別途必要です。また休学して帰国する場合は、休学届および海外渡航届の提出が必要です。所属分野教授の承認をもらった上で、教務課に提出してください。
International students who will take a leave of absence and return to your country, need to submit the “Request for Leave of Absence” and “Travel Notification”.
Please get approval from your supervising professor and submit it to the Office of Student Affairs.
*Students who will leave in Japan temporarily for any reason, need to submit the “Travel Notification” 2-4 weeks before the departure. -
研究生/特別研究学生等の在籍期間が終了する場合は、必須情報をこちらからご報告ください。
Research students or Special research students etc, who will finish their current studies at the university must provide the necessary information through the form here.
