【推薦について（Recommendation system）】
・京都大学推薦枠は２名ですが、医学からの推薦は１名です。
ただし、医学研究科の推薦順位は5位です。高順位の研究科から希望者があった場合は推薦できない場合がありますのでご了承ください。
・多数の応募があった場合は、科内選考を行います。
・京都大学より推薦が決定した場合、必要書類と奨学金申請に係る同意書の提出は3月24日（金）となります。
・The recommendation slot is 2 for the University, and 1 student can recommend from the Graduate School of Medicine. However, due to the Recommendation Method of Kyoto University, we may not be able to get the recommendation slot if there is an applicant from a high-ranking graduate school. Currently, Medicine is Fifth in the ranking.
・If there are multiple applicants, the Graduate School of Medicine will have a screening to determine the nominee.
・For documents submission is only nominee students by Kyoto University, and if it is decided it must be submitted by March 24, 2023.

１．対象者：Eligibility（Abstracted）:
2023年4月現在、本研究科の修士課程、専門職学位課程に正規生（１回生）として在籍している私費留学生
An International student will be enrolled in a first year of Master’s program and Professonal degree-seeking program at the Graduate School of Medicine as of April 2023.
2. 国籍制限（Nationalty specified)：インド、インドネシア、韓国、カンボジア、シンガポール、スリランカ、タイ、台湾、
※中国籍は既に他部局から推薦が決定しているため、医学研究科からは推薦(応募）不可です。（同一国籍の推薦は不可のため）
India, Indonesia, South Korea, Cambodia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Taiwan,
*Chinese applicants cannot be recommended (applied) from the Graduate School of Medicine, as they have already been recommended by the high-ranked Graduate School. ( can not recommend the same nationality by the foundation intent)
3. 分野指定（Field specified）： Please check the guideline
①通信技術、情報処理技術及びこれに関連する部門を専攻する者
② 人文・社会科学等の部門を専攻する者で、研究に「通信や情報処理」が活用されると大学が認める者
※②に該当する者は、願書の「大学院在籍中の学習・研究計画」の欄に研究手法としての通信や情報処理活用の考え方を明記すること。
1） Those who major in communication technology, information processing technology and related fields.
2) Those majoring in the humanities and social sciences who are recognized by the university as utilizing “communication and information processing” in their research.
*Those who fall under (2) must clearly state the concept of utilizing communication and information processing as a research method in the “Study/research plan while enrolled in graduate school” section of the application form.
4.他の奨学金との併給は認められません。また、日本学術振興会の特別研究員、京都大学大学院教育支援機構プログラム/MIPフェローシップ等の研究費や奨励費との併給も不可です。
Concurrent scholarship with other scholarships is not permitted.
5．奨学金支給期間： 令和5年4月～令和7年3月
Duration of Stipend: from April 2023 to March 2025
6．奨学金月額： 12万
Monthly Stipend: 120,000yen
