・大学推薦枠は２名、医学研究科の推薦可能者は1名です。ただし、医学研究科の推薦順位は９位です。高順位の研究科から希望者があった場合は推薦できない場合があります。
The recommendation slot of the university is TWO students, and medicine possible to recommend ONE student due to the method of recommendation at Kyoto University, we may not be able to get the recommendation slot if there is applying from a high-ranking graduate school. Currently, Medicine is NINTH in the ranking.
募集概要 Application Outline
１. 対象者： 2022年4月に本研究科の修士課程、博士後期課程の学生として入学する渡日前の私費外国人留学生
Eligible candidates: International students who not entering Japan yet and will enrol in Master’s / 3years Doctoral degree-seeking programs of Graduate School of Medicine, Kyoto University in April 2022.
国籍指定： ASEAN諸国（インドネシア、カンボジア、シンガポール、タイ、フィリピン、ブルネイ、ベトナム、マレーシア、ミャンマー、ラオス）
Nationality: ASEAN countries（Indonesia, Cambodia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Brunei, Vietnam, Malaysia, Myanmar, Laos)
分野指定：修士課程→重点分野はライフサイエンス・日本語教育とする
博士後期課程→自国における日本語教育の普及に関する分野に限定する

Doctoral program → Field related to the spread of Japanese language education in your own country

２．奨学金支給期間：2022年4月から標準修了年度
Duration of Stipend: From April 2022 to standard graduation of the program
３．奨学金月額： 11万円/月 および授業料
Monthly Stipend: 110，000Yen/month and tuition fee

８.留意事項
備考：
・申請書類と合わせて「外国人留学生奨学金申請に係る同意書」もご提出ください。
・被推薦者が重複した場合、推薦枠配分順位の高い部局が優先されます。
・推薦状の下部「学長推薦書」は当課で記入いたしますので空欄のままご提出ください。
・2022年4月に入学予定、給付内定日以降に新たに来日する者が対象で、給付開始までに来日できることが前提とされています。
給付開始までに来日できない場合は、辞退となります。
・申込書類等は、ホチキス等で留めないでください。
・申込書類は、文字は黒色で、日本語で提出してください。やむを得ない場合は英語で記入いただいても構いませんが和訳を添付してください。
・日本語能力は申請要件にございませんが、財団の理念より、日本語ができる留学生の方が採用に有利になるとのことです。
また、面接は日本語で実施されますが、日本語で意思疎通できない場合は、英語も可能とのことです。
