つきましては、下記の募集要項にて申込資格等をご確認のうえ、まずは、所属分野より、平成30年6月5日（火）までに応募希望の旨を教務までお知らせください。
そのうえで、申請書類と奨学金申請に係る同意書を紙ベースで、平成30年7月13日（金）17:00までに教務課(Ｂ棟１階）へご提出下さい。※電子ファイルの提出は、追ってメールにてUpload 用のリンクをご連絡します。
【重要】6/5までに申請希望者の連絡がない場合、書類申請はできません。
【留意事項】
・医学研究科推薦枠は1名、大学全体で6名です。
（※大学推薦とは、申込資格のひとつであり、推薦者＝採用ではない事をご留意ください）
・応募時に本学研究科の大学院正規課程に在籍している者が対象です
・対象国籍あり（募集要項にて確認ください）
・分野指定あり：法律、政治、経済、社会、文化、技術の各分野において情報通信またはこれと関連する事項を
テーマとした研究に取組んでいる者
・受給開始は2019年4月です。現在他の奨学金受給中であっても応募可能ですが、2019年4月にはその奨学金
受給資格がないこと。
・応募書類②の「2019年度外国人留学生推薦状」は当課にて作成いたします。
（指導教授による推薦書（応募書類①）はエクセルシート内にございます）
・「2019年度外国人留学生助成申込書」について
1）英語記入可
2）電子媒体及び紙媒体（カラー・片面印刷）で提出すること。紙媒体の提出の際は、写真貼り付け・申請者
本人の署名、指導教授推薦書には指導教員の押印またはサインをお願いします。
3）11ポイントで入力。手書き不可。
印刷時に文字が途切れているもの、所定枚数を超えたものは減点対象となるので、留意願います。
・2019年4月の時点で博士課程の最終学年（D3,D4)予定の留学生については、「n．指導教授推薦書」に
おいて博士の学位取得見込みについて必ずお書きください。
※その他、留意事項についてはエクセルデータシート内「申請書記入要領注意事項 Eメール添付で提出時削除」
に記載されていますので、熟読のうえ作成願います。

Deadline of Declaration: June 5, 2018 (Tue)
Deadline of application document: July 13, 2018 (Fri)
If you wish to apply this scholarship, must declare your intention to apply this scholarship before June 5, 2018 to the Office of Student Affairs. Without this declare you cannot submit the application documents.
