この度、産官学連携本部において「京都大学産官学連携本部発明賞」を創設いたしました。
本学の研究者（学生含む）の学術コミュニティから新しく生まれる画期的でオリジナルなアイデアや発明を称え、これからの研究発展を応援すること、また社会、産業、そして世界全体へ貢献し得るアイデアの源泉となる発明精神の向上を主な目的としております。
１）賞の種類

１. サステイナブル・ソリューション発明賞
２. 社会的インパクト発明賞
３. 技術躍進発明賞
４. ユニーク発明賞
５. 若手発明奨励賞
２）対象
① 発明者が京都大学に所属する教職員若しくは学生又はその両方からなされた「京大単独発明」
かつ
② 1月1日～12月31日の1年間に権利承継されたもの
※「発明提案書」のご提出により自動的にエントリー 別途申請不要

３）発表
翌年3月に選定結果を発表。選考の結果、該当発明無しの場合あり
４）表彰
表彰状・副賞・ホームページ掲載・出願に関する学内優遇制度の適用

Kyoto University SACI Invention Awards
We are pleased to announce the establishment of the Invention Prize.
The main purpose of the prize is to celebrate innovative and original ideas and inventions from the academic community of researchers at the University (including students), to support the development of future research, and to promote the spirit of invention as a source of ideas that can contribute to society, industry and the world as a whole.
(1) Types of awards
An overview of each is given in the attached poster.
1. the Sustainable Solutions Invention Award
2. Social Impact Invention Award
3. the Technological Breakthrough Invention Award
4. the Unique Invention Award
5. the Young Inventor Encouragement Award
(2) Eligibility
① “Kyoto University Sole Inventions”
(the inventor is a student, faculty or staff member of Kyoto University only)
② Succession of rights during the year from Jan 1 to Dec 31.
*Automatic entry upon submission of invention notification.
No separate application is required.

(3) Announcement of selection results
March of the following year
Some inventions may not be eligible as a result of the selection process.
(4) Recognition
Certificate, extra prize, publication on the website, and in-house incentive program.
