We will have ASHBi Seminar with Mr. Cristian Groza from McGill University, as a lecturer.

Mr. Cristian Groza is a PhD student at Bourque lab in McGill University, Canada. He currently joins Inoue lab at ASHBi as a JSPS short-term international fellow. He will talk about an overview of the pangenome graph, which represents multiple genomes as a graph structure, and its importance for comparative genomic and epigenomic studies.

Cristian Groza氏は、カナダ・マギル大学Bourque研究室の博士課程大学院生であり、現在、日本学術振興会の短期国際研究員としてASHBiの井上研究室に所属しています。本セミナーでは、複数のゲノムをグラフ構造で表現する「パンゲノムグラフ」についての概要と、比較ゲノム・エピゲノム研究におけるその重要性についてお話しいただきます。
