We will have an ASHBi Seminar with Dr. Miria Ricchetti from the Laboratory for Molecular Mechanisms of Pathological and Physiological Ageing, Institut Pasteur, as a lecturer.
Dr. Miria Ricchetti is a renowned scientist investigating the role of mitochondria and oxidative stress in pathophysiology and ageing. Her research at the Institut Pasteur focuses currently on mitochondrial defects, epigenomic and transcriptional changes, and rescue strategies, in Cockayne syndrome and normal ageing.
