Applicants must complete the online application and the online payment of the examination fee, and have the application documents to be delivered by the last day of the Application Period to the Office of Student Affairs, Graduate School of Medicine.

Please keep copies of all the application documents before you send them to us. We might ask you to send the application documents by PDF, in case postal mail delivery will be delayed. Also, please make sure to keep the copy of the sending label when you send the documents.
