Note for Academic Transcript and Graduation Certificate to submit
If the university issue only digital certificate, submit the photocopy.
If you cannot submit the original certificate because the university can issue only one original certificate on paper,
ask the university to issue certified photocopy of the original one and submit it to the Office of Student Affairs.
If the university does not support to issue certified photocopy, let the Office of Student Affairs know before application.
