Please keep copies of all the application documents before you send them to us. We might ask you to send the application documents by PDF, in case postal mail delivery will be delayed. Also, please make sure to keep the copy of the sending label when you send the documents.

(IMPORTANT) Announcement of Program Restructuring: Graduate Program in Medical Science
Our Graduate Program in Medical Science plans to restructure its existing system starting from the 2027 academic year.
The existing Divided Program into Master’s and Doctoral Program will be phased out and reorganized into a new 5-year Integrated Doctoral Program in Medical Science.
The Application Guidelines for the 5-year Integrated Doctoral Program (for April 2027 enrollment) are scheduled to be released around August, following official approval from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT).
Furthermore, the entrance examination for April 2027 enrollment is expected to take place in autumn 2026.
