Guide for Applying to Kyoto-McGill International Collaborative Program in Genomic Medicine (Doctoral Program)

Application Period of Doctoral Program in Genomic Medicine:
From Tuesday, September 7, 2021 until 5 p.m. [JST], Monday, September 13, 2021.
Applicants must complete the online application and the online payment of the examination fee during the period above. Applicants must send the application materials so that they will be sent to Office of Student Affairs, Graduate School of Medicine by 5 p.m. [JST] on September 13.
– For those who registered a living address in Japan on the online application site: in general, the entrance examination will be held on 2 November at Kyoto University, in accordance with the application guidelines. Important notice for taking the exam will be sent together with an examination ticket via postal mail in the middle of October. For those who become infected with COVID-19 and cannot take the exam of 2 November, an additional examination will be offered later. (Note: submission of a proof regarding infection of COVID-19 will be required.)
– For those who registered overseas address on the online application site: Graduate School of Medicine, Kyoto University will send a questionnaire to confirm applicants’ situation via email respectively. Please answer the questionnaire. Based on the answer of the questionnaire, applicants will be announced to take the exam at Kyoto university or an additional exam online in the beginning of October. – Due to the COVID-19, the details of the entrance examination described in the admission guidelines for 2022 intake might be changed. If there is any change, it will be announced on the website of Graduate School of Medicine.
